Shahid Afridi Takes Javelin Throwing Lessons from Olympic Gold Medalist Arshad Nadeem

Shahid Afridi, the former captain of Pakistan’s cricket team, has begun learning javelin throwing with guidance from Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem. Afridi sought to master the javelin grip in the style of world champions, and after receiving training, he also attempted his first throw under Nadeem’s tutelage.
