Imran Khan Calls for Prompt Announcement of Next Chief Justice’s Appointment, Expresses Full Support for Justice Mansoor
Imran Khan has urged for a timely announcement regarding the appointment of the next Chief Justice.
As reported by Geo News, during an informal conversation with journalists at Adiala Jail, Imran Khan expressed his complete support for Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, the senior-most judge of the Supreme Court.
He articulated that the objective of the constitutional court is to limit the powers of the Chief Justice.
Furthermore, he indicated that they require their judges to conceal electoral fraud.
In addition, he remarked that if they are not permitted to hold a rally in Rawalpindi, they will resort to protests.
