Minister of State for IT Shaza Fatima Khawaja Dismisses Claims of Internet Disruptions, Cites Increased VPN Usage as Cause

Minister of State for Information Technology, Shaza Fatima Khawaja, has denied claims of internet shutdowns and reduced speeds.
She stated that the issue arose due to the increased use of VPNs.
During a press conference, she mentioned that the Prime Minister’s priority is to attract as much investment as possible in the IT sector, and that IT parks will be established in Islamabad and Karachi.
