Police Raid Fails to Arrest Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General Amir-ul-Azim

The police conducted a raid on the residence of Amir-ul-Azim, the Central Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami, but they were unsuccessful in arresting him. Jamaat-e-Islami has announced a sit-in at D-Chowk to demand reductions in electricity bills and taxes. In an interview, Amir-ul-Azim mentioned that the police have raided around 200 locations.
