Deactivate Mobile Sims of Feudal Lords, Tax Collection will Enhance Significantly, Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman

Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman, the leader of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, has advocated for shutting down the mobile SIMs of feudal lords to significantly increase tax revenues.
He highlighted that the salaried class has contributed 375 billion in taxes and is additionally burdened by heavy taxes on electricity and gas bills.
He argued that instead of further increasing the financial strain on the middle class, imposing a tax on the top 1.5% of feudal lords would generate substantially higher revenue.
He announced that a sit-in protest will commence in Islamabad against the heavy taxation and exorbitant electricity costs.
“We will gather and remain there until the government provides relief to the public”
