Government Reverses Electricity Price Hike for 200-Unit Consumers

According to Geo News, the federal cabinet has approved the rollback of the electricity price increase for consumers using 200 units.

The government has decided to provide relief to these consumers from July to September 2024. To support this measure, the federal government will allocate approximately 50 billion rupees in subsidies for tariff relief.
