Sunil Gavaskar Names Pakistan as Favorite for ICC Champions Trophy 2025

Sunil Gavaskar has declared Pakistan the favorite for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy, citing the significant advantage of playing on home turf. He acknowledged India’s impressive performance in the 2023 World Cup, despite their final defeat. The tournament, starting February 19, will see Pakistan and India in separate groups, with Pakistan’s opening match against New Zealand in Karachi. The highly anticipated India vs. Pakistan match is set for February 23 in Dubai.
