The Sindh High Court has mandated that the MD-CAT examination be reconducted within four weeks.
During the hearing of petitions concerning alleged irregularities, the Sindh High Court made critical remarks questioning the effectiveness of the committee, asking if they had been diligent in their duties or merely idle.
Shireen Narejo, the Chairperson of the committee, submitted a report to the court. The court emphasized that the primary responsibility for the examination process rested with the PMDC and Dow University.
In a concise ruling on the petitions addressing the alleged irregularities in the MD-CAT, the court ordered that the test be reconducted within one month.
