Minister of Energy Signals Possible Reduction in Electricity Prices by 10-12 Rupees Per Unit

Federal Minister for Energy, Owais Laghari, has announced the possibility of reducing electricity prices by 10 to 12 rupees per unit. Ongoing discussions with the IMF regarding captive power plants could lead to this reduction, with the issue expected to be resolved by the end of the month. Additionally, electricity prices for domestic consumers have already decreased by up to 4 rupees per unit.
