Shiza Fatima Announces Efforts to Bring Elon Musk’s Starlink to Pakistan

Minister of State for Information Technology, Shiza Fatima, announced ongoing efforts to bring Elon Musk’s satellite company, Starlink, to Pakistan. She also revealed that the PTA will begin VPN licensing from January 1, aiming to address key issues. With internet usage increasing, Fatima emphasized the importance of regulating fake news, while confirming that the 5G spectrum auction is scheduled for April.
