Australia Clinches First ODI Against Pakistan by Two Wickets

Pakistan set a target of 203 runs for Australia, who successfully chased it down, reaching a total of 204 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 33.3 overs. Haris Rauf was the standout bowler for Pakistan, claiming three wickets. Steve Smith led Australia’s batting efforts with 49 runs, while Pat Cummins contributed a valuable 32 runs.

For Pakistan, Mohammad Rizwan top-scored with 44 runs, followed by Babar Azam with 37 and Naseem Shah with 40 runs.

Saiyem Ayub did not score, Abdullah Shafique made 12 runs, Kamran Ghulam added 5 runs, and Irfan Khan contributed 22 runs.

Mitchell Starc was the most effective bowler for Australia, taking three wickets, while Pat Cummins and Adam Zampa each claimed two wickets.
