Noble Efforts of Mufti Mahmood’s son, and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s Grandson have truly done wonders for the constitution by Tearing its Very Spirit Apart

Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, expressed that the actions taken under the leadership of Mufti Mahmood’s son and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s grandson and son-in-law have undermined the essence of the constitution.

He emphasized that the objective was to exert control over the judiciary, marking a troubling chapter in Pakistan’s democratic history. The entire process, according to him, lacked transparency and raised significant concerns.

Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman also highlighted that multiple strategies were devised to influence the judiciary, all of which were orchestrated and executed by the same group, including the methods and resources used to achieve their goals.

He further stated that Jamaat-e-Islami is actively considering legal action to challenge the 26th constitutional amendment.
