The MD-CAT tests for admissions to medical colleges and universities across the country, including Karachi, were conducted on 22 sep.
A total of 167,000 students participated in the examination nationwide.
In Karachi, examination centers were established at NED University and Dow University’s Ojha Campus.
However, students faced significant challenges due to poor management, with long queues forming from early morning. Many candidates were required to stand for extended periods in high temperatures. Additionally, candidates encountered various difficulties prior to the admission test as a result of inadequate arrangements.
