Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman Announces Historic Shutter-Down Strike from Karachi to Khyber

Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman, has called for a strike tomorrow against high electricity costs and heavy taxes.
He stated that there will be a historic shutter-down strike from Karachi to Khyber.
We will announce the next course of action after consulting with traders,” he added.
Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman said that due to expensive electricity and heavy taxes, doing business has become difficult.
Factories are closing down, and people are becoming unemployed.
The government itself has brought the economy to a standstill.
He further mentioned that providing temporary relief for two months in one province will not solve the issue.
The entire country needs permanent relief, and independent power producers (IPPs) must be reined in.
