Sindh Government Strikes Back at PML-N Amid Power Tariff Dispute

The federal government and the Sindh government have come face to face over the issue of electricity tariffs.
The Punjab government’s relief of 14 rupees for up to 500 units has put the Sindh government in a difficult position.
Pressure is mounting on the Sindh government to also provide relief to the public.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says that the Punjab government has done a good job and other provinces can do the same.
However, the Sindh government is responding with counterattacks against the Pakistan Muslim League (N).
Chief Minister of Sindh, Murad Ali Shah, stated that those who installed expensive power plants are now talking about solar panels.
Without naming anyone, he criticized the past power policies of the PML-N.
