60 Rupee Per Unit Charge for Electricity is Unjustified, former caretaker minister Gohar Ejaz

The original price of electricity is 30 rupees per unit, charging 60 rupees is unjust, former caretaker minister Gohar Ejaz writes to the energy minister.
Former caretaker federal minister for commerce and the patron-in-chief of APTMA, Gohar Ejaz, has issued a statement in a letter to the federal energy minister Owais Leghari.
According to the Daily Jang, Gohar Ejaz said that the actual price of electricity is 30 rupees per unit, but an unjust amount of 60 rupees is being charged.
In response to Federal Energy Minister Owais Leghari, he said, “Respected sir, the matters you claim I am unaware of are indeed a stark reality.”
The former federal minister said that due to the loss of investor confidence, we are being exploited, and all 106 IPP (Independent Power Producers) data should be shared with the public.
