Scholars have requested to hold a sit-in after Ashura. The sit-in will now take place on July 26th. Caravans will depart on July 24th and 25th. Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman, Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, stated that in view of the peaceful situation during Muharram-ul-Haram, scholars had requested to hold the sit-in after Ashura. We have now requested to hold the sit-in on July 26th. Caravans from across the country will arrive in Islamabad together on July 26th. Caravans will begin departing from July 24th and 25th. We will now proceed with the relief. We will provide relief to the people. Tomorrow there will be protests throughout Pakistan.
