PCB Overhauls Selection Committee: Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq Removed

In a significant shake-up, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has relieved Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq from their duties on the national cricket team selection committee. Mohammad Yousuf, Asad Shafiq, and Bilal Afzal are now appointed as members of the committee. The PCB’s decision follows concerns over the former selectors’ influence in the T20 World Cup squad selection, which saw support for underperforming players.
