Jamaat-e-Islami has Announced a Sit-In Protest Against Heavy Taxes and Expensive Electricity in Islamabad on July 12th

Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, has announced a sit-in protest in Islamabad on July 12th against heavy taxes and expensive electricity.
He made this announcement during a press conference in Lahore.
He criticized the government, noting that the Prime Minister openly admitted that the budget was crafted with the consent of the IMF,
Previously, people used to hide this fact, but now it is publicly announced.
He emphasized that this decision has adversely affected not only the poor but also the middle class.
The government should come to its senses and provide relief to the people.
He mentioned that dialogue with the government will only take place during the sit-in.
